This policy covers the website tuuapp.de. The tuu app itself runs on your Mac: footage, camera lists and card logs stay on your computer and are not sent to us.

2. No cookies, no tracking Keine Cookies, kein Tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and embeds no third-party content. Fonts and graphics are loaded only from our own web space.

3. Hosting and server log files Hosting und Logdateien

The website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, in a data centre in the EU. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS.

When you open the website, the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, requested address, status code, amount of data transferred and browser identifier (user agent). The purpose is the secure and stable operation of the website; the legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The log files are deleted automatically after a short period.

4. Contact by email Kontakt per E-Mail

If you email us, we process your details to answer your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). Our mailboxes are operated by IONOS in Germany. We delete the data once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention periods apply.

5. Your rights Ihre Rechte

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). To exercise them, email irgendwas@imm.one.

You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the authority responsible for us: Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen, Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.
